Refund policy

 

Return policy

You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate returns. Beyond this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. To start a return or exchange, please send us an e-mail.


Refund process

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

You're responsible for return shipping costs, and they are non-refundable. If returning from outside The Netherlands, clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges. We are not liable for customs charges or lost packages during returns.

 

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
